The Delo Holiday House in Cremia in the upper Lake Como is ideal for those who want to relax and regenerate. Thanks to the dominant position the apartment offers a splendid view of Lake Como . The beaches are only 3 km away and can be reached in a few minutes by car, or for nature lovers on foot along the old path.
The apartment consists of a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
There is a fireplace but for safety reasons, guests are not allowed to use it.
From every window of the house you can admire the lake, as well as from the livable and equipped balcony. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people max.
For lovers of grilling in the outdoor area there is a barbeque. Nearby there are a grocery store, a bar and the post office, then moving to the neighboring villages you can find supermarkets and shops of all kinds.
The apartment is located on the top floor and it is necessary to take an esternal staircase to reach it.
