Giardino del Merlo! Alto Lario - Como

Il Giardino del Merlo is a panoramic walk, suitable for everyone, on the border between the towns of Musso and Dongo.

Along the path you arrive at the church of Santa Eufemia, from which you have a breathtaking view.

Have fun finding the house camouflaged among the rocks!

Access is free.

Brief history:

At the behest of a nobleman, Giovanni Manzi, in the nineteenth century it was built as a botanical garden.

After the death of the last heir of the Manzi family, the park was abandoned and damaged.

Only in 2018 the garden was inaugurated, after a considerable recovery and safety work.
